The Best Classic Green Salad Dressing Recipe

I had forgotten how much I love this dressing until I gobbled it up again last weekend. It’s light and oh-so-tasty. You’ll love it!

Mix together:

1/3 cup light olive oil

1/3 cup safflower oil

1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar

1 garlic clove minced

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white  (or black) pepper

Enjoy!
